LISA KAISER, REALTOR, OPERATIONS DIRECTOR
As director of operations and broker-assistant, Lisa is the heart and soul of the firm, ensuring daily operations flow smoothly. With extensive experience managing the firm's operations, becoming a licensed Florida real estate agent was a logical step.
Prior to real estate, Lisa was a financial reporting analyst for 16 years, working throughout the eastern U.S. and the Caribbean. She holds a Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania. She is originally from Pennsylvania and enjoys splitting her time between Florida and Bavaria.
MARIA TATICCHI, REALTOR
Maria has worked in international real estate since 1980's. With formal education in architecture, working in real estate became a natural extension of her love and interest in construction and the social role that dwellings play in modern society. Working in several different countries provides her with extensive marketing and relocation knowledge, with a particular focus on the international business sector.
Maria is a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and is one of the founding members of the Global Real Estate Council at the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors Association. In the past she was NAR President Liaison to Argentina, and continues to serve in the international and professional activities of her local association. Keeping up-to-date with the industry and technology helps her to serve her clients with knowledge and integrity.
† LUIGI TATICCHI, REALTOR
We are sad that our beloved agent and friend Luigi passed on 17 June 2017.
Luigi began a second career in Real Estate in 2003, after having served as a member of the senior industrial management team for FIAT S.p.A. over 35 years. He held a doctorate degree of agricultural engineering. His work spanned several European countries as well as the U.S. and Central and South America.
Luigi held the GRI Graduate of the Realtor Institute, e.PRO and CDPE designations. His extensive experience counselling international clients, personnel training, financial investments, import /export operations, strategic planning and executive level responsibilities greatly contribute to his successful relationships with his clients.
Together, Maria and Luigi shared more than 40 years of professional experience, which they brought to Kaiser Associates and their clients. They were a well-established residential Real Estate Team in Southeast Florida, and delivered proven international real estate-, financial- and investment assistance.
Working with Luigi was a pleasure and a privilege, and his personality and bone-dry wit will never be forgotten. Tante grazie per tutti, Luigi!
